Well here people most trade TF 2 Key for 8 Refined, so this is kind of standard, don't really expect other pricing once you lurk around.

And ToD price isn't exactly 4. For some yeah it is, but some value it for 3 Ref (I'm one of those, it's IMO according to market cheaper then 4 Ref now). I hate ToDs btw, their pricing is so different for so many people, not the best currency to trade around IMO.
