FYI (you and everyone actually):
You can't gift the game if there is a certain amount of percentage of the price difference. That has nothing to do /w region locks though. I am not sure about South Korea but other regions are locked already and even if SK is considered as ROW, you won't be able to gift the game for unbugged priced countries due to the aforementioned price difference.

Plus if you have the balls go first. It's easy to take the key and then say I can't gift it to you due to XXX and disappear.
