I didn't see anything that really caught my eye but I can at least give some tips.
1) Dota2 gifts are worthless, remove them from your [H]-list. Some people will trade for the items though most often the only Dota2 related item people are interested in are the Treasure Keys. Those, together with the tf2 keys, function as an alternative form of trader currency.
2) Non-steam items aren't in hight demand on this site/forum. If you want decent value for your Desura keys then you better find a different site to trade them.
3) Search for the games you want on these forums, some can be gotten quite cheaply :) Just a couple days ago for example I bought Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes for 12$.
