Dead Island is not tradeable as a "key" AFAIK, because there are ways to get it that are considered exploitable, if you can proof you purchased it on steam as a 4pack OR if it is a tradeable steam gift you should be in the clear.

I would like to trade Sanctum for another game or little steam cash.
And a little question too. Why isn't it allowed to trade Dead Island, why is it exploited? I have bought a 4- pack and have 1 left and as I can see I may not trade it.
