that's actually quite normal. all russian and brazilian traders buy on demand. sorry for you, if you missed the sale, but this is no reason to -rep him. in fact that's an abuse of the rep system. this system is for done trades. you didn't trade.
The post was less then 24 hours ago :) i didn't miss any thing there is a "close" feature for good reason the trader sat in conversation for 20 min's while i arranged items for him (given the refs arnt market tradeable there not as easy to aquire as keys) before telling me he couldn't get the items he was buying to trade. So no warning others this waste of time can happen is what "reviews" are for. and no need to be sorry for me :P i didn't get scammed just abit of times wasted and getting some unneeded items in the inventory
