Hey guys! This is what i have in stock:

The game can be activated right away if you are from one of those countries or using a VPN in order to add it to your library... that's it.

Do you know if (once activated by vpn) it can be played without vpn outside of those countries?

Yep, you can check on steamdb now. There is no play restriction flag, and by that i mean the parameter "onlyallowrunincountries" does not exist.

They just added the region lock though, hopefully they don't update and add that parameter in later. Anyway, we'll see what happens in the next day or 2.

They won't, this is just a sales thing, they want people to buy from store at full price. No use on harming users that already have the copy in the library.

i don't get it ... so your saying that i can buy the game from you .... and play it in EU not using the vpn ?

you have to use VPN to activate it.
