I've never seen Steam take back games when they were mis-priced or some other mistake. Like the Renegade Ops 4 pack bundle that gave people free DLC while it was not supposed to do so. Everyone got to keep it.
Now many people trade for LA Noire, some even buy/sell it for much more than this trader so they couldn't even know their copy was from the Ukraine. So i'm sure Steam will not take back any of the sold copies. And i doubt they are allowed to do so by law either, it is their mistake!
And stop claiming this guy is a scammer because he is not. We all know here that he is making a profit on this and i dont care. He does some work for me and deserves some compensation for it.
And the trader is the only one at risk, never the buyers. Steam has been known to sometimes (temporarely) block steam trading on accounts of mass sellers. But they can always make a new account for trading, use some proxy and they made good money out of it for the risk they take.

Just so everyone knows, buying games is risky. Games bought with faulty payment will disappear from your inventory (even like after a week I think). Steam support won't be able to help you because money isn't supported in Steam trades. Just a warning, not incriminating anyone is particular. Just be careful.
