Nope - even at the cheapest prices, the price for Morrowind + Oblivion exceeds that of the current price for Sleeping Dogs on Steam now... (besides, those MS bundle games are more or less $1 each, and those two are not even the hot ones. :) )
If you're using cheapest prices, Sleeping Dogs is $4.49 and your TES keys are ~$1.40 each, assuming proportional price splitting in the Bethesda Bundle. Looks like you're getting the better end of the deal anyways.
Otherwise, you have no reason to quote the Amazon prices. Especially since the games are $2 each without coupon.

Morrowind and Oblivion were never priced at $1.40. Certainly a few picked it up for cheap in an unintended pricing glitch that lasted for a few hours and most had forced refunds, this is a very different thing than real sales with unlimited supply. There are pricing glitches in brick-and-mortar stores constantly but we don't use this to set value either.
Without a doubt in my head, Morrowind + Oblivion is worth more than Sleeping Dogs. I feel even considering the price of the MS games at $2, this still puts it to be a fairly comparable worth.
Also to point out, both Sleeping Dogs and the MS Bundle were on sale at the time of the offer, while neither of the TES' were.
Obviously, your opinion may differ - which is fine. Ultimately though, at the end of the day, it is myself and MADNESSSsss' opinion that matter, and we will either trade or not. I really do not feel I proposed an overly lopsided offer.
With that said, I see the potential for Oblivion + Sweets for Sleeping Dogs or the Full MS Bundle or the Morrowind for TWD, where you are asking for sweets. If you prefer, I am willing to do the TES' plus a pair of sweets for the two games offered below - look here for potential sweets. I still feel though my original offer was likely better for you...
