Mostly a bit of both. It's usually I look at what people want if I blindly click a thread than what people have (if the list is short) first. It's just more effort to check each game on the store to see if it's on sale, so it's helpful to be public to make trades easier for the most part.
I have Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition and Dragon's Dogma. Left Alone is on sale too.
