Next time don't trade with someone who has 2 negatives out of 7 reviews - and go ahead and give them a 3rd negative.
No, you should not give him a negative feedback, it would be considered as revenge feedback and you can get suspended for it even when he is at fault. Only give negative feedback if and only if the said person scammed you out of a trade.
I didn't know this, i'm new site this site i have only 8 trades as you can see, so what i must do? Delete the negative rep? In my negative rep i put a link to this topic so the people can understand what is going on.

Unless you have actual proof of what you're saying then people will be more inclined to believe him.
On a side note, according to SteamRep you have 2 scammer friends which doesn't exactly help your case..
doesnt really matter those reps are being dealt with as i have contacted support, Review the 2 people who - rep me they do not even use steam trades! but its okay let this scumbag get away with it, its just some bundle keys.

I don't care about a ''- rep'' if it's true, i assume when i commit an error, i'm not a coward like you. If i can get you out of this community i would be very happy and the people you scammed or lied about would be too, but anyway, is just games.

Trade Origin Keys for cards with me, i gave him Mirror's Edge and Dead Space + two cards for Garry's Mod card, all went ok till 2 hours later the guy message me saying i scammed him saying those are Steam Keys, if a admin read this i can e-mail steam to send me all the conversation i made VERY clear those are ORIGIN KEYS. He went to my profile and sayed he gave me games and i scammed him.
