I'd say 1 key for Civ 5 and 1.5 for Gods & Kings, but i might consider going as low as 2 for the both of them.

I'm interested in Sid meiers railroads, but I don't understand what a ref is... Sorry, i'm new with this trading stuff ;)
A ref is short for refined metal, a crafting item in tf2 and also used as a currency for trading.
generally, 1 ref is equal to 7 keys, but keys are slightly more desireable, so about 7.33 ref = 1key. Additionally, 1 ref generally = 3-5 cards, depending on the person trading, although many have no interest.
As for railroads in particular, I'm asking 2 ref, or ~8 random cards. Alternatively, i have 3 ref, so if you had a key and anything else interested your interested from my list, we might be abke to work out something where you give me a key and I give you my ref and the the game codes.

I'm tempted, but for the first time in well over a year I'm actually making progress on my backlog, and so I think I'll hold off on getting new games for a bit. We'll see if I can survive the summer sale.
