Coupon Trading is a group I have just started. With the new Steam trading cards system, there are many coupons sitting in inventories and not being used. You can trade your unwanted coupon for another coupon or for trading cards/emotes/profile backgrounds.
There are not many members at the moment but I am hoping that that will change in the near future.
