You give me your TF2 / CSGO keys first, I sell them on steam market and buy game for you.
If you agree, add me on steam.

Because he has no money to buy a copie, so he gets your keys, sells them and buy you a game. Or he's just want to be sure that you will hundred percent buy a game. Not like you know, he buys the game and you say you no longer want it.
