Unfortunately Valve retroactively applied activation lock on KSP gifts so as of now my gift can be redeemed in these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russian Federation. However the lock is only for activation, not for running the game.
