I can do that but I only have EU and Brazilian codes right now so you will need a VPN or proxy to activate and in that case, I would say Brazilian is cheaper.

Yes it will work on any Uplay account and the games are fully region free and multi language after redemption. I can do both games for $28 and these 2 codes are my last ones.
