Normal Steam account with good standing will be directed to a page like this - http://i.imgur.com/odUbPpE.jpg ✓

How this works: I trade you 4 pack, you trade me payment + collateral. You then open the 4 pack adding 1 copy to your library and 3 into your inventory. You then trade me back the 3 copies and I trade you back your collateral.

What is collateral? Insurance that I will get my 3 copies back. It needs to be equal in value to the price of 4 pack. You get this back when I get my copies back.
