Regarding PayPal

For PayPal, you need to have a verified PayPal account and you need to send the money using "Send to family/Friends".

• Apparently if you have funds in your PayPal account, you can select an option to cover the fees. If you can use this option, you don't have to use the option I listed above.

Regarding Steam Wallet

1. All market prices already include the market fees, so the price you see is the price you will pay.

2. Steam Wallet prices are higher than PayPal due to Steam's fees.
