LOOK ARE THE USED NICKNAMES WAS SAME, LOOK AT THE COMMENT SECTION, LOOK AT THE INVENTORY (IF THE STEAMTRADES.COM INVENTORY IS PUBLIC, THERE IS NO WAY THAT THE STEAM PROFILE HE IS WRITTING FROM IS PRIVATE) - EVERYTHING SHOULD BE THE SAME!
There is some threads of TRUSTABLE TRADERS who get -rep becouse of IMPERSONATORS, so just make sure you are right.
Bloodman here, and I've been anticipating this post for a long time. So yes, this guy thought he would be intelligent by sending me the gift and squeezing every single key out of me before he would threaten my reputation and credibility with this post. The first 2 keys I sent were completely legitimate and were never used beforehand what-so-ever. Once he declined the legitimacy of the keys, I thought I could outplay him by sending some fake keys and checking whether or not he was actually activating my keys. Unfortunately it did not work and my other theory was that his friends, who were playing the binding of Isaac at the time, were trying to secretly validate my key, thinking that if they had already owned the game, it would not activate. Fortunately it does not work like that and the key wasted as well as this scammers endeavours. He has provided absolutely ZERO evidence of him actually using the keys once sent to him. So I implore you, steamtrades, to see the otherside of this.

i'm not taking sides here since i'm new.. but if you try to activate a key that you already own, i'm pretty sure it DOESNT waste the key.. as i've tried this before with giveaways and then other people were able to use the key no problem after me. please correct me if i'm wrong.
Regardless, the keys have been taken and given to someone else :/ I really wish I could give the L4D2 back but the keys are gone now...

And who is to say that he didn't activate it on another account? He had been happily waiting for me the minute I received his reply on his thread. No shred of doubt from his responses the minute he said that the keys weren't legitimate.
hope you have luck then that steam account does not know where the keys are activated, so that to be, my friend, you could be banned because honestly I will not let this forum only

I didnt know that "activating" a key thats already in your inventory invalidates it. Sounds stupid if it does. Regardless, I think Bloodman provided adequate compensation (i.e. MORE keys).
I heard this from somewhere. But anyway it's been activated one way or another.
Shortly after the tension subsided, I got some glimpse of this guy's life. We started to get a long a bit, gave him my basement collection as well after hearing his story. Even after that he pushed on making this post. I really don't know what to say :/
I doubt Bloodman was the scammer in this situation. But that is just an opinion.

They won't do anything. You traded outside their trade window. Don't get your hopes up - and from what I can tell, you might want to back off a bit. Scammers don't engage with those they scam. Looks like Bloodman tried to make it right with you a few times.
Now you are at +2 -1 and likely won't have anyone trust you for future deals. You probably should figure something out with Bloodman, because steam isn't going to do anything - and that neg rep point really looks bad on a new owner.

IT WILL NOT DEACTIVATE OR DUPLICATE, IT IS FULLY USABLE
I suggest OP to retry to use the keys Bloodman gave to him.

From what i saw on the screenshots, i dont think its bloodman who's the scammer...
well he now have 4 days offline i think his acct is suspended (ticket was send to steam) or maybe he dont want come back

dude if u have 200 or 2 reps that doesn't matter coz there are lots of fake reps so as for lesson from this whole topic always get key first trade 2nd coz no matter a guy have 1000000 reps but if he has key he should go first thats what i do and thats what i recommend every1 to do ...........
1 thing more i am new to trading but still guys with keys having 300 + reps have given me key first and i have traded game 2nd so how come he was shouting about reps this bloodman ??

He give me two keys... I take them and i put them on my steam to activate them SURPRISE! Duplicated i was patient :) (i do the same misstake one time about give a duplicate key but i give other then no problem)... he take his time to "Find a new key" then i just wait like the next 20 minutes i send him a message and well he give me another key, not valid key...
Then he just call me scammer and told me something about he have a video about the scam... and well if u can confirm what happend read the complete history
