The title should state it's a US steam code, not EU. The code only works on the US version (Sony) and not on the EU (ProSieben). You can however contact EU support and provide them the code so they can check it and manually add the dlc. If I was playing the US I'd take your offer myself but oh well, good luck though.

Recently i brought DLC for DC Universe, apparently DC Universe doesn't work in the EU on Steam and you have to download it off the website. I haven't found where to put the DLC code but apparently you have to contact DC Universe support team.
Is anyone interested in having this code to get it working. If so I would like TF2 KEYS!
