It is possible to create a separate topic which will discuss scammers and links to their profiles? Just does not make sense to write in the steamtrades.com forum and create 1000 the same topics about scammers because it's still not going to help and will not be sanctions. To do this, there are specialized forums and steam support. Or as an option to create one theme about scammers on this forum and stick it.
No support, no official decisions. Do what you want, but nobody is gonna stick that thread (and only cg could do that).
IMO it's bad idea at this moment. Author would have to keep thread updated and we would have to wait for him. But nothing stops you from collecting all threads with scammer warnings and bump it.

Hey i want to report a scammer , or atepmt more likely this Guy named wolf4ever ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198012662157/ ) added me for a torchlight2 for AC3 ubisoft account , after i gave him the mail and pass he said that some1 will give a steam AC3 key for Tl2 , first of all i never found AC3 steam key , and i doubt some1 will give for TL2 especially since the promotion of it 7 usd russian.

Actually the rules state I am allowed to warn uses and they also state your not supposed to revenge/ false report like you did, so hope you get suspended. Be careful about an impersonator "fishing" for new traders today. He's impersonating me and have been already reported. I noticed some negative rep from people I never dealed with so I investigated and found out about him. One of the victims checked it with me and changed his vote to advice other traders.

A steamgifts ticket is probably your best bet. They are slow but generally fair. There is also a thread here for misuse of feedback.
Aren't you all fed up with sights like this becoming more and more common? So am I. Therefore, this is a warning. Do not open or leave open more than two trading threads at once, especially for the same thing. Do not "invisibly" bump your thread every two minutes. I have begun suspending and I am not giving you just a light slap on the wrist for this amount of spam. Now, I'm more of an SG mod, I'm not good with STrades, so, please, feel free to point me towards anyone who needs it, preferably with evidence. Might as well use this thread for it. This is going to stop.
Update: This problem should never have been allowed to get to this point (and I likely would have been okay with it if the bumps were at least staggered rather than bumping six threads at once), so I'm probably going to seem overly harsh to some of you, cracking down on everything severely. Now that this is stickied, I'll give everyone a grace period of twenty-four hours (until 7:30 PM UTC, 7th) to reorganise their threads and close down any duplicates. After that, I will begin to suspend without warning.
Edit: Time's up. Suspensions begin now.
Update 2: After a talk with Yatterman, two trading threads is now acceptable, as long as they are not identical.
Update 3: Just found a nifty bug(?) on the site that'll let me close the offending threads without officially having any powers on Strades. Feel free to link the threads in future and I'll close them too.
Update 4: As some may already know, my activity will drop massively as of right now. I'll still be dealing with SteamTrades stuff whenever I can, but expect me to be a little slow on it.
