In case of you paying with keys (TF2, CS:GO) for games, my ratio is 5 or 6 games per key (depending on games) up to tier 4. Rest is negotiable.
B) If you pay in items, you MUST overpay. Same goes to more expensive cards, as I put them instantly on Steam Market on sale (so take -15% of current value for taxes). I put ALL cards on market worth at least 10 eurocents. In my dictionary all random cards are in range of 5-9 eurocents. If you throw in more expensive card in, you do it on your own and I still threat it as random cards unless it's really expensive one. I go for quantity > quality.
C) I still accept bundle swaps, but I have GOOD amount of bundle games, so it may be hard to convince me. Also prefer to swap game with cards for game with cards, etc.
