Nice assumption, but you're actually wrong. I never bought from there and I wouldn't intend to.
You'd have to be pretty stupid to hand your credit card details to an unknown website, especially one that seems to have lots of payments blocked by people's banks.
Does yours BL2 activates a ROW + RU version?

I see in your library that you have BL2 + BL2 RU, which proves i was right.
Basically you're scamming people by buying cheap keys from RUSSIAN websites, and selling it for about twice as much without letting them know. (doesn't matter if from this shop i mentioned or different one, also despite the fact it includes the ROW version it still RU key which can get you and people which you sold the keys to in trouble sooner or later)
Probably the rest of the keys are obtained by the same way.
If you're lucky you just lose the game, if you're not then your account might be suspended.
