[H] Civ 5 Gold upgrade [W] 2 TF2 keys or Crysis Warhead

So, as the title suggest, I have a copy of

• Civ V Standard to Gold Edition upgrade (tradable)

and I'm looking for either

• 2 TF2 keys or
• Crysis: Warhead

I'm not really looking for anything else right now, so while you're welcome to make other offers, chances of me accepting them are rather slim ;)
