I traded him a Civ V key about two months ago, once the deal was ready he said he wanted to check the key first, and I agreed, after using it he said he'd pay with Paypal, lo and behold his credit card was declined, saying his mom probably hadn't paid it, he promised to pay me back once he could, and since he didn't block me and his steamtrades profile looked clean, I thought he was legit. I talked to him about 2 weeks later to see about the payment and he said he had wasted most of his mom's credit card money on more games (instead of paying back), and that he didn't want to max it out since his mom didn't know he was using it, also because he didn't want it declined if they went out to eat or whatever, sadly I forgot to screencap this day, he told me to wait 'til the end of the month for my payment.
Again I asked him beginning November, I messaged him 3 times and he ignored me, fourth time was the charm, and he said his credit card was declined again, apparently he also owed another 3 guys money, but since they were his friends they weren't on his ass all the time. He decided to strike a deal, he'd pay me 2 more dollars than the original deal price, plus a steam key since I was being pacient, I told him I'd put negative rep until he payed me as warning and he also accepted. And today I sign in to talk to him and I find out he erased me from his friends list, though he's still trading with other people (as seen on his steamtrades profile).
So be careful with this guy, he's a teenager that doesn't know how to manage money, he's also wasting his mom's money without her permission.
