My Payday 2 is currently only giftable. Once we have traded you can see this item in your inventory like any other item.
They can be traded but not before 30 days have passed due that I recently bought them.
They all are (RoW), meaning they can be used from anywere.
I got fairly good amount of +Rep so I would hope you could go first.
