What do you mean, 4-Packs? When you buy a 4-Pack one game is activated on your account... So you will only have three to sell from each pack. 4 copies / 4 keys, would that be 1 key per copy?

It's possible to buy 4-packs as a (single) gift (and whoever who activates it will get 3 gift copies in their inventory). And, I guess, it'll be a key per copy.

Whoa, since when? That used to be impossible, as far as I know, at least for most games.

Not sure since when, but there's a workaround involving 'swapping' a giftable game and the pack after the 'Purchase as a gift' option.
