PermalinkNope. Steam as such does not allow trading keys. So they cannot do anything about it.

Just got added by a guy for my DmC+Bioshock deal. He gave me the following link to his steam trade profile

His profile link on that page, linked to his steamcommunity profile (link). Fortunately for me, i do my own battery of tests, due to some bad experiences. His profile id did not return any results on the steamtrades forums for users. Plus of course his library having 8 games, while that page showed 500+reps.
Something was weird, so i looked through again carefully. And wow, this guy had created a clone of the steamtrades forums page (steaRNtrades.com - look carefully at that link i have given above, i missed it at first glance as well).
I mean it must have been a lot of work. And a lot of guys can get scammed, old or new. I almost was. I am attaching a few images of proof of our conversation.
