Account trading is 100% illegal....and a scam.

Its explained in the link. It doesn't matter who goes first or who doesn't. Its 100% illegal no matter if BOTH of you are in complete agreement. Even stating as much can and will earn you a ban.

Since its not a str8 trade window trade there is no guarantees or Steam protection. You buy a game , trade it by "gifting" it direct and then refund it. Since it wasn't a trade window trade. Steam doesn't consider it a trade and gifts CAN be refunded after giving it to others.
Your problem is you fail to realize that ALL your trades and rep is FOREVER saved on this site for ALL to see. Now that you have a few successful scams on your profile its quite easy to keep track of you.
