Other than the discord, you'd have to be in some of the groups like on Facebook where he posts. I don't know what those are so unfortunately can't help you out there. He's pretty nice about it, so if you express your interest, he'd probably be willing to give you one.
Although, I'm not even sure he's giving them out now that there's itch but couldn't hurt to ask.

Dev gives them out from time to time as part of promotion for the game. CD keys are not available from anyone but the dev, so whoever offers it to you is trying to get your valuable game for a free key or are a victim of a trade from someone who offered them a key for their games.
