Basically, you'll have to look up the total amount of units the TF2 items you want from me will cost, then send me a trade offer containing cases of equal value.

For example, to get a Mann Co. Supply Crate Key, sending me a combination of 2 x CS:GO Weapon Case, 2 x Operation Bravo Case, Winter Offensive Weapon Case and 5 x CS:GO Weapon Case 2 would be enough.
