Same here , back before a year Phonix and I did a deal and he scammed me but after that the guy added me for the second time and he wanted to apologize for what he did , he even offered me extra keys and Magicka because he said he felt really guilty for what he did and he wanted to undone what he did .
I absolutely vouch for him to get unbanned because this kind of thing takes real courage , I've honestly never seen someone who would go back and try to correct what he is done , specifically on the internet.
afaik once you scam and it's proven and done, you can't get unbanned from steamreps. that's what I know though, you better read on the steamreps forums about it if you really wanted to get him unbanned
He's not banned in steamrep.com. Just here. And I personally reported him back in time :D Me and Ginster are only ones who he did scam back in days, and he repayed us both. Just as Ginster said. That's why I ask here.
hmm I thought i read something about steamreps in the op, anyway, its better off posting on the steamgifts forums, that's where the main site official support and forums is, this one is just for trades or scam warnings i think

Some time ago this guy added me, told he was sorry about what he did and repayed earlier scam. Never heard of such a thing before.
He's been in my friendlist for a while now and seems to be ok dude after all. Not a kid anymore or something :D
That's why I ask, is it possible to unban him from steamtrades & steamgifts?
