He can create a thread with the same purpose as you, impersonating means he has your profile picture and a profile that is similar to yours so he could scam people, you really need to calm down, what he's doing is ok.
Since you can only farm a set of cards from a game, if they have a spare key or humble link for instance and want those cards, then they need a friend or another acct to farm it;)
