ok i can help you ;) "Neighbours From Hell Compilation is currently unavailable on Steam, but when it releases via Greenlight users will automatically receive Steam keys. Vote for it on Greenlight now!" and i think its possible they give you steam key if you buy it for 0.01$ :)
