All DLCs will be above 20 keys, but I can give you Gold Edition for 15 keys or Gold Edition Upgrade (includes Gods and Kings) for 12 keys, I suppose it would be better. Add me if interested.
skryim dlc(all three) and dishonored dlc(all 3)..how much is it there and is it region locked?
Skyrim's DLC are region locked. Dishonored is too, but DLCs are not, and I can gift them because the retail publisher here don't have rights to sell them.
So 8 keys for all 3 Dishonored DLCs.

Can I split the Sins Rebellion 4-pack with you? 8x TF2 keys for my 3x copies, and your own 4th copy will be cheaper than normal if you sell the keys. Roughly: 8 * 60 = 520 rub. 611 - 520 = 91 rub = your Rebellion.

The price on the game is a little more then key+card, but I just rounded it. So more copies -> more losses.
Any but not TF2 cards, and payday is yours, yeah.

I live in Russia which means a lot of games on Steam are nearly half the regular price. This means I can buy games and sell them for TF2 or Dota2 keys.
