I was trading Sleeping Dogs(mine) for an Arma II: CO key, we did the trade and when I asked for the key he left the chat and completely blocked me on steam.

Report him on steamrep.com with images of your chat with him. He tried to scam me by offering Arma X but he didn't get anywhere with me. I can spot a scammer pretty easily.
