Sorry, it would take a much better offer for me to trade MW3. If you are looking for BRINK (saw on your wishlist) I could trade it for DooM 3 BFG or 3 TF2 keys, but that's about all I would be interested in.
As far as RO2 and Killing Floor go, if you look above you will see that I already have 2 activation keys for each of them.

Aside form their in-game purpose, many people buy/sell/trade them on different forums and trading sites and they are essentially used as a form of currency. The registered user forums at SourceOP are one such place for example. There is also the Steam Market but prices are higher there and Valve takes their cut. I haven't delved into it all that much myself, just enough to know what their market value is.

In my region Defiance is only $10 USD, and that's not even on sale. MW3 on the other hand is currently $40 and has never been on sale for more than 50% off. That's no where near a fair trade for me.
