Tropico 5 - 3 TF2/CS GO keys (27 keys as collateral)
Payday 2 - 1 TF2/CS GO keys (9 keys as collateral)

Please make sure your account is able to sell items to the Community Market in order for the extra copies to be tradable after you open 4-pack. If you fail to check this and copies become untradable, I am keeping the collateral.

Steps:

You must not have the game in your library as one copy will be automatically activated to your account.
You trade me the price game + collateral
You open the 4-pack which adds 1 copy to your game library and gives you 3 extra copies to your inventory.
You trade me the 3 extra copies back for your entire collateral.

if you want the game for yourself, you can open the 4-pack for 1 TF2 key + 1 ToD ticket, or 2 keys for a single tradable copy
