You have nothing to worry about. HIS uncle is not a "steam moderator", and even if he had access you cannot be banned for agreeing to trade something.

You're perfectly, 100%, safe.

Don't worry .. he's the crazy probably scammer.. an account with 2 games (Metro 2033 being one of the 2) that was created barely a few months ago and with 0 hours played in the last 2 weeks. Sounds to me like it's an account made just to trade and scam. And the 'my uncle' works for Steam part is quite a joke..
