most of the people i saw had a price in keys of 23-25...so i wouldn't go bellow 20, even if I am interested in tf2 keys
as i know cd-key for Blops 2 cost ~20-25$. tf2 key is 1.6$ so 15 keys = 24$. 23-25 keys is price of gift, but not cd-key. Maximum I can do is 16 keys. On summer sales I can buy gift Blops 2 for 15 keys (-50% off)
All I have on my paypal is 10.39 Eur (if I'll send as gift, PP will take around 0.04 eur) That's around 13.5 usd. I can also add ARMA III lite and 3 steam Trading Card Beta Access.

Lol, you seem like a great guy. From the answer I got around steamtrades I understand 10 eur is on the low side for Skyrim apparently (even though I've seen it go for 6-7 tf2 keys) wich 10 eur can cover.
