First you say trade then gift, then you say you didn't want it but he asked for the key. ???? How were you in a discussion if he just offered a game you didn't want? And where is the proof? I have caught a few scammers and gotten them banned on Steam and Steamrep labled as scammers. First thing you need is proof.

Would you please post the entire conversation? This sounds like a he said / she said. So far what you have told is one person is out a game and you are out nothing. Weird. Something doesn't smell right. But you can set the record straight and just post a copy of your conversation.
