I also accept gems or PayPal funds. 4 sacks of gems are the same as 1 TF2 key. This option is good for those who don't have keys, as buying new ones from Valve makes them non-tradable for a week.

You'll be paying first because of the 30-days trading lock on newly purchased gifts. Gifting games is still possible with no limits.
