It is not ok, you can't trade accounts here, if this game has no key or gift then it is not supposed to be traded.

And account trading is forbidden by blizzard.

You're basically asking for the same price one can buy for himself and have it on their own account. Also, as stated by user above, trading or selling Battle.net account is against ToS therefore against SG rules.
