Trading or selling accounts is pretty much not allowed and can result in loss of account. Its def not allowed on this site and Origin def does not allow it.
Also account trading is incredibly shady and considered a scam since you can always use password retrieval through email so the original owner never loses control of it.
But I have seen plenty suspensions or bans here and on steam for trying it. I would be incredibly careful.
