The "Content RUS" is the part with RU language but the "original" game comes with ENG language.
Games like Far Cry 3 and others was like that.
I took a look on Steam Foruns to make sure and in many Threads people confirm that the RU version have RU and ENG language.
Are you 100% sure?
What do you think is "DepotID 224063 - Content ENU" from ROW sub, which is not included in RU sub?
There are a few RU games, which does not include English language.
Go search on Steam Foruns, there are many people asking that and the reply was always that the game have RU + ENG Language
