what you mean by market locked? or you mean that you have a trade hold for 15 days?
and sadly i cant get the key i dont have paypal :)
means i can't sale anything on steam market for 30 days as i format my pc and log again and steam security doesn't allow me to sell anything as a way to protect my account. Sometimes steam security its kind of anoying
