We made a deal he wanted Dota 2 for Skyrim but i told him it wasn't trade-able, after that he didn't want it. But he then said he wanted Mass Effect 2 instead. In the start i was pretty suspicious, but i then resided to make a try. he told me he wanted Mass Effect 2 first because his Skyrim wasn't tradeable he wanted me to trade Mass Effect first i did, after he accepted, he wrote "Sending it" and i wrote "Cool" and after a while he went offline.

Reporting scammers to Steam Support does nothing. I waited 11 days before getting a response that said they would do nothing. I bought a game with my credit card and less than 24 hours later I got scammed. That douchebag gets to keep my game or whatever he traded it for, and I'm out $10.20. They could easily track it with the "event history" that shows up in the inventory, take it from them and return it to the rightful owner, but know they hide behind their trading "rules" and laugh at us.

Suspected scammer, no real proof just a hunch. He posted a comment on my post saying "added you please accept" so I added him, took him a few minutes to respond to my IM, when he did respond he told me he had the game i wanted but changed his mind, then he blocked me and deleted his comment from my post. This is really just a cautionary warning.
