I have the Tropico 4 CB, but why would I add the sweet? It's cheapest price is $9.99 and Torchlight 2 has been $7.50. I will do it if you add the sweet.

Torchlight 2 was lower in other regions too. It goes both ways.
do you see ANYONE trading skyrim (10-11 dollars lowest) for any 10$ game(eg your Tropico)?,
maybe Saint Row3 (~ 1$ from THQ humble bundle ...meaning: 7$ full bundle/7 games), trading for 1$ game??

price is a relative "thing"...
every game "carries" a lowest price (even Dishonored, by mistake),
but the current price is not defined only by the lowest (has been) price...
