TBH, You can contact support and they will remove it if you have good enough proof, like they did mine.
on another note, I don't think reviews can be removed from profiles, they are there as testament to a person trustworthy-ness and if they can be edited/removed why have them in the first place and why should be trust them in the first place
TL:DL: the reviews are permanent deal with it, look at how you conduct your business and figure out why you got them reviews.

No, sorry. :) I got my 3 bad rep's removed, because scammers just call you a time waster and such. The one that put the review there in the first place may delete it or the administrator team. You must have good proof though. I got a few screenshots of it and It got removed. :)
try joining the group and contacting one of the admins/mods there. other than that IDK.
