• Game Key - Varies. Make an offer. I'll think about it.
• TF2 Key - 4 cards per key
• Paypal - 0.30$ - 0.50$ per card.

If you think the Paypal's too little compared to the steam market, then it's because Steam Wallet =/= Paypal. Try buying a pizza using Steam Wallet before asking me to go with the market prices. Thanks. :)
