Starbound is 14.99$ in the humble store. and he accepts basically every offer he gets here (even like 2 keys!). this is very suspicious.
the humble store doesn't have regional pricing. the games cost the same whereever you are in the world. so it's not like if you buy from a russian dude, that he can make a better price, because he paid even less.
Also please look at his rep. It is well known, that there were many stolen arma 3 keys around (credit card fraud). The same thing happened to the humble bundles. And now there is a humble store. I think you can put 2 and 2 together yourself.
DarkApple, maybe you can explain how you can sell a 15$ game for 2-3 keys. I listen.
